Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee the daily front-of-house operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, lead the service team, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. The Floor Manager will play a key role in creating an outstanding dining experience while supporting business growth and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant floor to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and coach front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to maximize efficiency.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the dining area at all times.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily promotions, menu updates, and operational goals.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and onboarding of new employees.
• Monitor inventory of front-of-house supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and improving operational performance.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues or recommendations to management.
• Step in during peak service periods to support the team and ensure guest satisfaction.
