• Identify, develop, and acquire new clients across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Present U3 Infotech's staffing and recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and close new business.
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client delivery.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
