Key Responsibilities

• Support the Crewing Department in daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Processing Flag state endorsements for officers before they join, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Update and process sign-on and sign-off crew applications using the DigitalPort@SG portal.
• Provide support in coordination of crew changes, booking flights, arranging hotel accommodations, and assisting with visa/immigration applications.
• Assist in verifying crew benefits, leave pay, bonuses, and allowances, ensuring all crew are fairly compensated.
• Updating sea-staff experience matrices, maintaining personnel files, and managing office correspondence.
• Checking of various invoices and resolve discrepancies with relevant parties.  
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 year of administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
• Possess positive work attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and attention to details
