Job Description
- Supporting production test of circuit cards on ICT and Flying Probe test platforms
- Interpreting test requirements and documenting test procedures.
- Analyzing data to identify to root cause.
- Developing and executing improvement projects to increase first-pass yields.
- Engagement with the operation team members to solve issues impacting test yields.
- Ensuring hardware requirements are met and processes are followed.
- Assisting manufacturing operators and technicians in the testing & troubleshooting ofproduction hardware.
- Developing test programs on ICT and Flying Probe test platforms.
- Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years test engineering related experience in ICT and Flying Probes tests.
- ICT and FP testers' hardware and software sustaining skills.
- Digital and analog test/troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A continuous improvement mindset to enhance manufacturing test methods through process optimization and modernization.
- Sound understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
- Test software development skills, such as Test Expert
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Offers the opportunity to enhance expertise in ICT and Flying Probe testing while working with advanced testing technologies in a manufacturing environment.
- Provides hands-on involvement in continuous improvement projects, allowing the development of process optimization and yield enhancement skills.
- Strengthens technical problem-solving capabilities through hardware troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and statistical data evaluation.
