Full Time QC Inspector Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,999 in Yym Engineering Sdn Bhd Senai - Maukerja

Responsibilities -Inspect incoming materials and verify specifications. -Perform in-process and final inspections on fabrication and welding works. -Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. -Check dimensions using measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, measuring tapes, and welding gauges. -Ensure welding work complies with approved procedures and quality requirements. -Identify, report, and segregate non-conforming materials or products. -Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, and other quality records. -Ensure measuring equipment is calibrated before use. -Support customer inspections and internal/external quality audits. -Work closely with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues. -Follow company safety rules and wear the required PPE. -Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements -Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Welding, or a related field. -At least 1–2 years of experience in steel fabrication, welding, or manufacturing is preferred. -Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply. -Ability to read engineering drawings. -Basic or higher knowledge of fabrication and welding processes. -Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. -Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). -Knowledge of Standards - ISO 3834, ISO 14731 or EN 1090 is preferred. -CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certification is preferred. Candidates currently pursuing or willing to obtain CSWIP certification will have an added advantage.
