The Role

Ara Iruda Group is looking for a commercially driven Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Lead to strengthen our clients’ digital growth, improve sales performance, and scale brands across key online platforms.

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to launch advertisements.

We are looking for someone who understands how media, content, offers, platforms, customer behaviour, and the overall buying journey work together to influence a commercial result.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You must be able to identify what is underperforming, understand why it is happening, and build a clear plan to improve it.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms
• Build growth strategies that improve traffic, customer acquisition, conversion, revenue, ROAS, and profitability
• Manage and grow e-commerce performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, brand websites, and other relevant marketplaces
• Translate business targets into clear advertising, promotional, content, and platform strategies
• Plan campaign calendars, product launches, promotional mechanics, marketplace activations, and sales-driving initiatives
• Analyse advertising, sales, customer, product, and platform data to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
• Build clear reporting structures that explain what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next
• Work closely with branding, creative, content, commercial, and client teams to strengthen campaign effectiveness
• Manage budgets responsibly and ensure each investment is connected to a measurable business objective
• Review the full customer journey and identify weaknesses affecting traffic quality, conversion, basket size, retention, and repeat purchase
• Challenge underperforming strategies and recommend practical, commercially sound improvements
• Take ownership of performance outcomes instead of only completing assigned tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, digital growth, or a related commercial role
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace advertising tools
• A clear understanding of customer acquisition, conversion rate, ROAS, revenue, profitability, and platform performance
• Strong analytical ability, with the confidence to turn data into clear decisions and actions
• Experience managing multiple campaigns, brands, platforms, and priorities within a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to explain performance clearly without hiding behind complicated reports or vanity metrics
• A proactive and accountable working style, with the confidence to question weak decisions and propose better solutions
• A commercial mindset with a strong understanding that advertising performance must ultimately contribute to business growth

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
