Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly, including guest satisfaction, staff supervision, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.

Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering excellent service and resolving issues promptly.

Hire, train, and manage hotel staff; ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Monitor financial performance; manage budgets, forecasts, and expense control.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and legal regulations.

Develop marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and fully functional.

Analyze data and performance reports to make informed decisions and improvements.

Handle emergencies and crisis situations calmly and effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
