Job Descriptions:

• Plan and manage daily construction site activities.
• Organize site logistics, material storage, and equipment arrangement.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site trades.
• Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Monitor project progress against the construction schedule.
• Prepare and submit regular site progress reports to project management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Oversee daily site operations to achieve project completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety requirements.
• Coordinate resources and resolve on-site construction issues efficiently.
• Obtain all necessary statutory approvals and certifications from relevant authorities.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing the full project life cycle from start to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors effectively.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
