Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an Operations Manager – Well Intervention & Drilling Tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management, execution, and performance of well intervention and drilling tools services, including fishing operations, whipstock/sidetracking, wellbore clean-out (WBCO), and drilling tools rental services.

The role encompasses ensuring full compliance with HSE and operational standards, as well as coordinating closely with clients to achieve project objectives. The Operations Manager will lead and supervise operational teams, develop and implement operational plans and documentation, optimize workflows and resource utilization, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and service delivery performance

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Well Intervention and Drilling Tools, with strong operational knowledge and technical proficiency in relevant tools and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, with experience in coordinating teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Sound knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards, particularly within energy and offshore environments.
• Strong competency in operational planning, project management, and resource optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Relevant certifications in well intervention, drilling operations, or safety management will be considered an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
