**Job Summary**

We are seeking Research Interviewer to join our team on a part-time/full-time basis. This role involves conducting structured interviews, gathering accurate information, and maintaining professional interactions with diverse respondents across various research projects.



**Job Description**

• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, or online interviews following established protocols and questionnaires

• Accurately record responses and maintain detailed documentation of all interactions

• Build rapport with respondents from diverse backgrounds whilst maintaining professional boundaries

• Ensure data quality and completeness through thorough verification processes



**Job Requirements**

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification. Nitec and O'levels may be considered if  have relevant job experience 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardised procedures accurately

• Comfortable working with various interview methodologies and digital recording tools

• Flexible availability to accommodate varying interview schedules

• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous

• Previous experience in market research, surveys, or customer service is beneficial but not essential
