Main responsibilities:
Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments.
Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (B/L).
Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment coordination.
Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery or documentation issues.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.
Maintain accurate shipping records and update ERP systems.
Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Preferably with 2-4 years’ experience in Shipping, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in SAP will be an advantage
Meticulous approach is required
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to start work on short notice will be advantageous
