Job Description:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, HMIs, sensors, motors, conveyors, and electrical control panels.
• Install, test, calibrate, and commission automation equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports.
• Support production operations by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), food safety, and company policies.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or food production.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, electrical controls, pneumatic systems, and automated machinery.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime, shifts, or weekends when required.
