Responsibilities:

• Act as the key liaison between headquarters and regional teams, ensuring clear and timely communication on updates, timelines, and project developments

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, operations, logistics, and marketing) to support smooth execution of regional activities

• Drive business development initiatives across APAC by identifying opportunities and supporting revenue growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including developers, contractors, and stakeholders

• Identify and manage new business opportunities, including project-based and turnkey solutions

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic planning

• Track inventory and stock levels to ensure alignment with project requirements and prevent shortages

• Coordinate product availability and delivery schedules to support timely project execution

• Monitor sales performance, delivery progress, and customer service standards, escalating key issues when necessary

• Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, branding standards, and SOPs across regional operations

• Support planning and execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities

• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and operational updates

• Analyze sales data, stock movement, and customer feedback to improve processes and performance

• Manage forecasting, sales pipeline tracking, and reporting for regional operations

• Travel within APAC region as required for business development, training, coordination, and client engagement
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in export sales, international sales, or regional business development

• Experience in sanitary ware, building materials, construction-related products, or manufacturing is an advantage

• Strong understanding of export sales processes, distributor management, and regional markets
