- Detail-oriented and highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in local landed construction.

To manage project commercial operations, cost controls, and contractual claims.

Job Description:

• Assist in purchasing of all project work materials identified in the tender
• Measure and determine the amounts of work done at any stage of the construction so as to prepare periodic progress payment requests for submission to client.
• Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors in liaison with Project Manager / designated staff on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Perform precise material measurements and tonnage calculations from structural steel drawings, connection details, and shop drawings.
• Prepare, submit, and defend monthly progress claims to Main Contractors, focusing on fabrication milestones, delivery to site, and erection completion.

Job Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of QS experience,
• Able to use AutoCAD
