Full Time Assembly Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Grand Venture Technology Johor - Maukerja

· Process Design: Develop and implement assembly processes for new products, ensuring they are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality requirements.

· Continuous Improvement: Analyze current assembly processes and identify areas for improvement to increase productivity and reduce costs.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure that all assembled products meet the company's quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection procedures.

· Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of assembly equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into the assembly process.

· Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, including work instructions, process flow charts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Training: Provide training and support to assembly line workers to ensure they understand and adhere to established processes and procedures.

· Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process to ensure minimal disruption to production schedules.

· Compliance: Ensure all assembly activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
