Location: Central / North East

Work Hours: 3 Weekdays + 2 Weekends

(Mon-Fri 12.30pm-9.30pm, Sat and Sun 8.30am-6.30pm)

Salary: Up to $3,200

Job Scope:

• Drive enrolment, sales and retention targets.
• Oversee daily centre operations and service standards.
• Build strong parent and student relationships while resolving feedback.
• Lead centre teams and manage performance, administration and CRM systems.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in education, retail, hospitality or customer service with 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily operations.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, lead teams and use CRM or related systems effectively.
