Job Summary

You will serve as a security executive for a condominium in central Singapore, working 12-hour shifts six days a week to ensure the safety and security of residents and property.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and patrol condominium premises to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors
  • Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies to minimize risks and ensure safety
  • Control access to the condominium by verifying identities and authorizing entry to authorized persons only
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities for reporting and review
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve security procedures and address safety concerns

Location

  • Central Singapore condominium with MRT access at the doorstep

Working Hours

  • 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week with one day off
  • Up to 24 shifts per month
