• Position: Accounts Executive - Full Set & Reporting

• Location: Tuas (company transport provided from various MRT pickup points)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 Monthly Basic Salary + AWS + Flexi Benefits (Dental, TCM) + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Management and Business Support Services

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage a complete set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.

• Perform month-end and year-end closing and prepare the required accounting schedules.

• Prepare financial statements, management reports and cash-flow updates for management review.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate fixed-asset schedules.

• Prepare GST schedules and support other tax-related reporting and documentation.

• Reconcile inventory records, support stock-take activities and investigate stock discrepancies with the relevant departments.

• Maintain complete and organised accounting records and supporting documents.

• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents and liaise with external auditors during year-end audit activities.

• Perform other related accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.

• At least two years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on full-set accounting and month-end closing.

• At least one year of external audit experience is required.
