Job Summary
The Beauty Supervisor manages the daily operations of the salon or wellness centre, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality treatments, staff performance, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the beauty team.
• Schedule staff and monitor attendance and performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Drive sales of treatments, packages, and retail products.
• Ensure smooth daily salon operations.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Train and coach staff on products, services, and SOPs.
• Prepare basic operational and sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• 3–5 years of beauty industry experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and salon operations.
