• Warmly welcome and check in/ check out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure all guest data is accurately recorded in the hotel system.
• Communicate with other department to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs and concerns.
• Perform any other duties as requested by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in relevant fields is required.
• Responsible, independent, honest, and hardworking.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Ability to work morning, evening, and night shift on a rotation basis.
• Familiarity with hotel front office systems and procedures.
