About MELTKIES

MELTKIES is looking for a dedicated Full Time Baker to join our team at BMC Mall. If you enjoy baking and take pride in creating high quality products, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be responsible for preparing and baking our signature cookies while ensuring excellent quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients based on recipes and daily production needs.
• Bake cookies according to standard recipes and operating procedures.
• Maintain consistent product quality, taste, and presentation.
• Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep the kitchen, workstations, and equipment clean and organized.
• Store ingredients and finished products correctly.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages when necessary.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Support general kitchen operations and other duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous baking or kitchen experience is an advantage.
• Full training will be provided for candidates who are eager to learn.
• Passion for baking and producing high quality products.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and perform kitchen related duties.

Salary

RM1,800 per month (Basic salary, excluding overtime pay)

Working Schedule

Working Days

• Monday to Saturday
• Sunday: Fixed Off Day

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
