Tanggungjawab

We're looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Interior Designer (Junior / Fresh Graduate) to join our growing team. If you have an interest in interior design, enjoy meeting people, and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you!

No extensive experience is required—we'll provide guidance and training to help you grow in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and communicate with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Provide design ideas and basic space planning based on clients' needs.
  • Present design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
  • Follow up with clients throughout the design consultation process.
  • Prepare quotations and assist in closing sales.
  • Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Attend site visits, site supervise and client meetings when required.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates and junior designers are encouraged to apply.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Candidates without an Interior Design qualification are also welcome to apply if you have a strong passion for interior design and are eager to learn.
  • Passionate about interior design and willing to learn.
  • Friendly, confident, and enjoys communicating with people.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.

Income

Basic Salary + Attractive Commission
Average Monthly Income: RM1,800 – RM7,000+ (No Income Cap)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
