Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di H.M.L. Auto Industries Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations. Ensure comprehensive shift handovers from the morning crew and to the evening crew to maintain continuous production flow.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate production activities to meet daily output targets and analyze performance KPIs.
• Supervise production line staff, optimize manpower allocation, and manage attendance or absenteeism effectively during the shift.
• Actively troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues on the floor to minimize machine downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Enforce strict adherence to company safety regulations, workplace policies, and automotive manufacturing hazards, especially during overnight hours.
• Prepare accurate daily production and incident reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive) or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (experience in the automotive sector is highly preferred).
• Able to work on the night shift schedule if needed.
• Strong independent leadership, decision-making, and critical problem-solving skills.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, and formulas).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO/TS standards is a strong advantage.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
