Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative and HR-related tasks
• Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and filing
• Support basic HR functions such as attendance, leave records, and staff coordination
• Handle incoming phone calls in a professional and ethical manner
• Assist in designing simple materials using Canva or other design tools
• Provide basic IT support and data handling when required
• Assist in basic foreign worker hiring and documentation processes
• Maintain proper organisation of office records and documentation
• Draft letters and official correspondence when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and administrative work
• Basic understanding of foreign worker hiring process will be an advantage
• Able to use Canva or other design tools
• IT-literate and comfortable with basic computer systems
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Able to draft letters and official documents
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Well-organised, neat, and detail-oriented
• Responsible and able to work independently

Working hours:
Monday to Friday (8.30am -5.30pm)
Saturday (8.30am - 1.00pm) - Alternate weeks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
