Kerja Sepenuh Masa Coffee Production Assistant, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Blaq Coffee Roastery Federal Territory - Maukerja

As a Coffee Production Assistant, you will work closely with the roasting and quality control teams. You’ll support all aspects of production to ensuring the roastery operates smoothly. This is a hands-on, physically active role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing green coffee
• Bag, seal, label roasted beans correctly (including roast date, batch ID)
• Assist in fulfilment of customer / wholesale / retail orders—packing, preparing for shipping or delivery
• Maintain cleanliness of the roasting area and all production equipment; perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Track inventory of bags, labels, roasting supplies, green beans, etc.; report low stocks
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety / hygiene standards
• Assist with quality control: sample cupping or sensory checks, visual inspections of roasted beans
• Perform other tasks as needed to meet production demands

Job Type: Full-time
