We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills who enjoy managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan, manage, and oversee projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare project documentation, and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve project issues and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
• Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across project teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of project management or project coordination experience (entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply where applicable).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, *************, or Trello.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
• Experience working in multinational or cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
