This Graduate Engineer supports the role of a data Coordinator. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity of project, engineering, and operational data across company systems and databases. The role supports project teams by maintaining data records, performing quality checks, producing reports, coordinating data updates, and ensuring compliance with established data management procedures and standards.

The incumbent acts as a key point of contact for data collection, validation, reporting, and administration activities to support efficient project execution and business operations.

Data Management & Administration

• Maintain and administer project, engineering, and operational databases and information repositories.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
• Perform regular data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor data submissions and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates.
• Maintain master data records and support data governance initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics Support

• Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts for project teams and management.
• Consolidate information from multiple sources to support business decision-making.
• Track key project and operational data metrics and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support data analysis activities through data preparation and validation.

Project Support

• Coordinate data collection activities across various disciplines and stakeholders.
• Support project teams with data requests, status updates, and information tracking.
• Ensure project records and documentation are properly maintained and accessible.
• Assist in project close-out activities by ensuring completeness of project data records.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Support implementation and maintenance of data management tools and systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve data workflows, reporting processes, and information management practices.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data management procedures, work instructions, and guidelines.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with company data management standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support audit activities by providing accurate records and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Promote data quality and best practices across project teams.

Education

• Diploma from a Polytechnic or Nitec/Higher Nitec from ITE in:
  • Information Technology
  • Engineering
  • Business Information Systems
  • Data Management
  • Infocomm Technology
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Built Environment
  • Engineering Systems & Management
  • Or other related disciplines

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship experience in administration, engineering support, project coordination, document control, or data management will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Comfortable working with databases and digital systems.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, or BIM platforms will be an advantage.
• Good data entry and record management skills
