The company designs and builds software such as web applications, mobile applications, and augmented reality projects for clients with innovative product ideas. Through Clazzy Academy, ClazzyTech also offers coding classes and technology courses to help individuals gain practical IT skills. Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Subang Jaya, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for software development and technology training services. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing business development strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals and pitches, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The role also involves coordinating with technical and product teams to align client requirements with AI, web, mobile, and AR solutions, as well as tracking performance metrics and contributing to revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs, negotiate agreements, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver persuasive presentations and clear proposals.
• Experience in IT, software, or technology services sales, especially involving AI/ML, web, mobile, or AR solutions, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, willingness to meet clients in Subang Jaya and attend online meetings as needed.
