Job Description

• Perform application health check validations and daily monitoring tasks.
• Assist in analysing incident logs, SQL queries, and system errors.
• Document troubleshooting steps into standard knowledge base templates.
• Work with L2 engineers on root-cause analysis tracking and report preparation.
• Assist in follow-ups with L1, L3, vendor teams, and infrastructure teams.

Qualification / Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of application support, IT operations, or software applications.
• Fundamental knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and incident management processes.
• Understanding of operating systems, application monitoring, and system health checks is an added advantage.
