Role Description You're the person clients get handed to once their site goes live — and the reason they stay. While other teams move on to the next build, you're the one who makes sure the store actually works, day after day: content stays fresh, apps behave, stock makes sense, and small automation flows keep doing their job quietly in the background.

What this looks like day to day

• Update and manage content across client Shopify stores
• Test and troubleshoot apps/integrations before they become a client's problem
• Keep an eye on stock movement and flag anything that looks off before it becomes lost revenue
• Maintain simple marketing automation flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
• Be the first point of contact when something breaks — and enjoy actually fixing it
