Your Role

As an Independent Financial Adviser Representative, you will work closely with individuals, families, and business owners to provide holistic financial advice tailored to their goals and needs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive financial planning and needs analysis
• Providing advice on wealth accumulation, retirement, insurance protection, education funding, and legacy planning
• Recommending suitable solutions from a wide range of insurers and investment providers available through PIAS
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Conducting regular portfolio and financial plan reviews
• Growing your client base through referrals, networking, seminars, and digital marketing
• Maintaining compliance with MAS regulations and industry best practices
• Continuously upgrading your professional knowledge and advisory skills

Who We're Looking For

• Entry Level, Diploma and above, Mid career switch (no experience required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals
• Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Experience in banking, insurance, sales, relationship management, customer service, or business development is an advantage but not required
