Role Description

- Maintain and manage the full set of accounts for company to ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Perform monthly closing activities and ensure timely preparation of management reports.

- Prepare and maintain schedules for balance sheet accounts reconciliation.

- Maintain a well-organized filing system (physical and digital) for all financial documents > including invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, bank statements, and statutory submissions.

- Provide support during audits, tax submission and other financial reviews.

- Liaise with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes.

- Ability to work independently with a proactive, results-oriented mindset while contributing to team success.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Computer Literate, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Fluent English and SQL

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience, with demonstrable exposure to handling a full set of accounts.
