About the Role We're looking for a Treasury & Banking Associate to join our team. You'll support the day-to-day running of our banking and digital asset accounts — from processing payments to managing account documentation and working with banks across multiple markets. This is a great role if you're someone who likes getting things done, enjoys variety, and wants to learn how treasury operations work in a crypto-native environment.

What You'll Do

Payments & Treasury

• Process daily payments and fund transfers across fiat and digital asset platforms
• Monitor account balances and help keep liquidity flowing across channels
• Make sure transactions are accurate, on time, and follow internal guidelines

Account Management

• Help onboard new bank and digital asset accounts — documents, KYC, due diligence
• Keep account records up to date — ownership structures, business profiles, periodic reviews
• Be a go-to contact for banks and payment providers on account queries

Stakeholder Support

• Work with Finance, Ops, Trading, and Compliance to understand payment needs
• Flag the right payment routes based on speed, cost, and compliance requirements
• Keep internal teams updated on payment status and account matters

Risk & Compliance

• Spot and escalate anything unusual — large transfers, rapid movements, sensitive counterparties
• Maintain clean records for audit and compliance purposes
• Follow AML/KYC standards and internal policies

Process Improvement

• Flag process gaps or inefficiencies and suggest practical fixes
• Help make treasury and banking operations smoother as we scale

What You Bring

Must-Have

• 1–3 years in treasury, payments, banking operations, or a related finance role
• Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss
• Comfortable handling sensitive financial data with care and discretion
• Good communicator — clear with both internal teams and external partners
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to digital assets, crypto platforms, or fintech environments
• Experience with KYC documentation or account onboarding processes
• Familiarity with multi-currency or cross-border payment flows
