We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead a team in managing building maintenance and facilities operations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to an efficient and effective maintenance environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians in daily building maintenance and facilities management.
  • Manage contractors to ensure effective execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) for essential mechanical and electrical services.
  • Plan and coordinate ad-hoc repair and replacement work for mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
  • Assist in managing soft services such as housekeeping, landscaping, and pest control.
  • Monitor monthly electrical and water consumption.
  • Perform direct control duties as a management representative during non-office hours.
  • Address complaints and feedback from both internal and external users.
  • Maintain inventory stocks and manage supply replenishment.
  • Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Requirements:

  • Nitec in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Senior Technician in Maintenance within Facilities Management, with knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), electrical, and air conditioning systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and manage stock inventory effectively.
  • Proactive, independent, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
