Senior Procurement Analyst | Procurement Analytics & Supply Chain Planning

We're looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to join a global procurement and supply chain team, supporting procurement strategy, demand forecasting, inventory planning, and raw materials management across international operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leveraging data to drive strategic procurement decisions while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support global procurement strategy for raw materials.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Prepare inventory and replenishment plans to ensure supply continuity.
• Consolidate and analyze regional demand forecasts.
• Monitor supplier performance, contracts, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop procurement and supply chain reports for management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize costs, inventory, and product development.
• Support continuous improvement and strategic procurement projects.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or procurement analytics within a multinational environment.
• Strong experience in:
• Procurement Analytics
• Demand Forecasting
• Inventory Planning
• Cost Analysis & Cost Optimization
• Supplier Performance Management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and MS Access is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across regional or global teams.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following industries are highly preferred:

• Lubricants
• Chemicals
• Oil & Gas
• Petrochemicals
• Process Manufacturing
• Industrial Manufacturing
• Other raw material-intensive industries

• Applicants must currently be based in Malaysia and legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
