Junior Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare work plans and develop logistics schedules
• Process orders, track shipments, and monitor delivery status
• Resolve logistics issues and coordinate with suppliers/transporters
• Handle documentation, reconciliation, settlement, and cost control
• Maintain 6S standards and assist in improving internal procedures
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with logistics workflows
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Cost-conscious, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Team-oriented with good planning ability
