Join an esteemed healthcare institution as a Nursing Education and Training Specialist, where you will lead the development and implementation of nursing education initiatives to enhance professional standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for planning, coordination, and execution of nursing education and training programs.
  • Assist in the development of curricula based on feedback related to training and practice issues.
  • Conduct regular assessments of nurses’ competencies to uphold and improve professional nursing standards.
  • Perform performance appraisals for junior staff in the respective department.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
  • Post-basic Specialty Certificate in Nursing Education or a Master’s in Nursing Education is advantageous.
  • Valid Singapore Nursing Board practicing certificate for Registered Nurse.
  • Valid BCLS and AED certification or BCLS and AED instructor certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Senior Staff Nurse or Clinician.
  • Preferred experience in preceptorship and clinical teaching/supervision.
