We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to facilitate communication between suppliers, factories, and customers, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and customers regarding delivery status.
- Prepare and issue sales and purchase orders and invoices, including debit and credit notes.
- Generate shipping instructions for international shipments.
- Conduct requests for quotations (RFQ) for new models and projects.
- Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and perform stock checks.
- Maintain updated records of purchase orders and monthly sales accounts.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma Holder.
- Experience in sales coordination within the electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
