Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Support Executive to provide essential administrative and operational support to our sales and operations teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys coordination work and working in a dynamic marine environment. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily clerical and administrative support
• Answer incoming calls and handle general enquiries professionally
• Collect, organise, and maintain operations reports and records
• Scan, file, and maintain physical and digital documents
• Assist in preparing service reports and documentation
• Edit basic videos and visuals for client reporting purposes
• Record operational data accurately and ensure proper filing
• Follow up on client enquiries and support quotation preparation
• Liaise with ship agents regarding vessel arrivals and job coordination
• Collaborate with internal departments to support safe and timely operations

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, document handling)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a marine / operational environment
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in administrative support is an advantage but not required
