Responsibilities

• Process daily online orders and coordinate order packing with the operations team.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp, and resolve issue professionally.
• Create, update, and maintain product listings.
• Assist with product photography
• Support other e-commerce and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Ecommerce or the retail sector
• Familiar with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Location: 5 Joan Road, Singapore 298898 (Near Caldecott MRT)

Working Hours: 5.5 days work week. Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm

Job Type: Full-time
