The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the client’s human resources functions, with a focus on payroll, HR administration, recruitment processes, and contract management. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, maintains accurate employee records, and fosters a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Job Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, tax filings).
• Liaise with finance and external payroll vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Manage candidate databases and recruitment platforms.
• Support onboarding processes including orientation and documentation.
• Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, extensions, and amendments.
• Ensure timely renewal and termination of contracts in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies regarding employment documentation.

Job Requirements

• Work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant, Recruitment Specialist or similar role
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations
• Experience using MS Word & MS Excel
• Organizational skills and able cope with timeline
• Able to work independently in fast-paced environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
