Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• Possess a valid Class D driving licence.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant working experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate travel packages and itineraries.
• Manage hotel, transportation, ferry, flight, and attraction bookings.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Prepare travel documents and operational arrangements.
• Accompany tour groups as a Tour Leader when required.
• Ensure smooth tour operations before, during, and after each trip.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Preferred:

• Possess a valid passport or be willing to apply for one, as overseas travel may be required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
