Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, statutory compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, with a good understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including preparing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Handle all matters related to foreign workers, including work permit applications, renewals, and compliance with government regulations.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory payments).
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, disciplinary matters, and performance.
- Coordinate employee training, development, and performance appraisal activities.
- Foster a positive, productive, and professional working environment.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other relevant labour laws.
- Perform general HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labour laws, and HR best practices.
- Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of foreign worker management and work permit procedures is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
