Kerja Sepenuh Masa Procurement Cum Storekeeper, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Agriquip Machinery Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and purchase spare parts, tools, equipment, and materials required for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) maintenance and operations.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare purchase orders.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Store materials and spare parts properly to ensure they are organized, safe, and easily accessible.
• Issue spare parts, tools, and consumables to technicians and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and annual inventory audits.
• Update inventory records and procurement transactions in the company's inventory or ERP system.
• Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, quality issues, returns, and warranty claims.
• Maintain proper filing of procurement documents, invoices, delivery orders, and stock records.
• Work closely with the Maintenance and Operations teams to ensure parts are available for scheduled servicing and repairs.
• Monitor reorder levels and recommend stock improvements to minimize downtime.
• Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and complies with company safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or storekeeping.
Preferable knowledge in technical automotive.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory/ERP systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and work under pressure.
Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Willing to base at RTB Bukit Changgang, Banting, Selangor.
