Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Assist with hardware/software installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle emails, and order IT supplies.
• Documentation & Inventory: Maintain IT records, asset inventories, and documentation.
• User Support: Manage user accounts, permissions, and act as a first point of contact for IT issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and operating office machinery.
• Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex, fast-paced work.
• Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for assisting staff and managing vendor relations.
• Education: A diploma or certificate in IT computer science or a related field is preferred.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
