• Record Keeping: Keep track of money-related records.
• Data Entry: Enter financial information accurately.
• Payables: Handle payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Receivables: Create and send invoices, and track incoming payments.
• Bank Reconciliation: Make sure the company's records match the bank statements.
• Expense Tracking: Keep tabs on business expenses.
• Payroll Assistance: Help with processing employee payments.
• Reports: Create basic financial reports for managers.
• Customer Service: Answer questions about financial transactions.
• Documentation: Organize and store financial documents.
• Compliance: Make sure the company follows financial rules.
• Audit Support: Help during internal and external audits.

Education : Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent (e.g., LCCI, CAT). Qualifications degree, diploma, certification in accounting and attention to detail
Technical Skill: Proficiency in MS Excel/Word, basic accounting software, and data entry accuracy.
Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail, time management, multi-tasking, and reliable communication skills.
