Role Purpose

Key Accountability

• Collaboratively develop the Digital Strategy and articulate it to all sections of the business and to partners, stakeholders and business units.

• Promote an agile, digital and change vision, to support the creation of a technology driven organisation.

• Identify how digital opportunities can help achieve the organisation's goals and support the organization's business plan.

• Invention and execution of technology and data driven initiatives to improve operational excellence, and build sustainability.

• Analyzing current technology trends and making recommendations for future projects to the organization.

• Manage all resources, departmental and project budgets, issues and risks, and project standards issues for the successful delivery of their portfolio area.

• To support Transformation program of the organization as a whole.

Qualifications & Working Experience

Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of data analytics and digital business support processes. Experience in digital/tech industry is an advantage.

• Possess creativity to generate new ideas and solutions using digital technology to develop innovative strategies that can grow the business.

• Highly competent in English as a business language. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in using productivity software and business tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management applications.

• To drive/initiate a new growth mindset for the organization and bring results to improve business efficiency and revenue generation.

• This position requires a versatile individual who can provide comprehensive support to multiple departments and stakeholders.
