Hiring: Actuarial Modeler
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and test actuarial models using Prophet.
Develop new products and model functionalities.
Perform model testing, validation, and back-testing.
Prepare model documentation and maintain version control.
Support data preparation and model implementation.
Mentor and guide junior modelling analysts.
Work closely with regional modelling teams to resolve model issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Studies, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Prophet is preferred.
Python knowledge is an added advantage.
Good understanding of life insurance products and actuarial modelling.
Strong analytical, coding, and communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
