Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in food preparation, mise en place, and daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations at all times.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Monitor food quality and report any issues to the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and minimizing food wastage.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Management.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
