This position operates on a results-oriented, target-based model with a guaranteed fixed monthly salary. Your primary objective is to lead the team efficiently and ensure all scheduled maintenance is finished exactly as planned. Key Responsibilities:

• Target Execution: Coordinate and execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) at the client site alongside your provided technician team, ensuring all tasks are finished precisely as planned and within the agreed timeline.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee and troubleshoot major industrial HVAC systems, including Centrifugal Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHU/MAU, and VRF systems.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized testing (e.g., NEBB Cleanroom Performance Testing) to ensure their work integrates smoothly with the overall maintenance schedule.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate digital Service & Diagnostic Reports to the client's facility management team upon the completion of your targets.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all maintenance work is executed to the highest quality, strictly complying with site safety standards and OEM factory guidelines.
